Overview
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is the first standalone residential tower from Six Senses, the wellness-led hotel brand, developed by Select Group. It rises 122 storeys from the heart of the Marina, and the developer presents it as the tallest residential tower of its time: a slender, softly curved glass silhouette that steps into the skyline between the canal, Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.
The tower holds 251 residences. The lower tiers carry two to four-bedroom residences, the middle and upper tiers four-bedroom half-floor penthouses, and the crown a small run of four-bedroom duplex and five-bedroom triplex Sky Mansions between levels 111 and 122. Sky Mansions add a study or library, a private gym and a cinema room, with balconies set at opposite ends of the plan so light and views run the full length of the home. Each residence follows the brand's wellbeing brief, with Sleep With Six Senses bedroom amenities and planning shaped by biophilic design and classical feng shui.
Interiors are warm and quiet: bespoke timber joinery, fine bronze detailing and full-height double-glazed windows and doors opening onto deep balconies. Depending on height and orientation, homes look over Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai Harbour beachfront, Bluewaters and Ain Dubai on one side, and the Emirates Golf Club and the city on the other. Owners have a dedicated residence general manager, 24/7 concierge and lifestyle services, valet and door service, and a menu of a la carte services on request, from in-residence spa treatments to private chefs.
Residents share around 61,250 sq ft of amenities over four themed levels. Connectivity on level 4 brings a library and study, meeting rooms, a games room, indoor and outdoor cinemas, a residents' lounge and a climate-controlled wine lounge. Balance on level 5 pairs cardio, strength and group fitness studios with an infinity pool, massage pool, ice bath, saunas, a steam room and a salt room. Longevity on level 6 adds a longevity clinic, cryotherapy and hyperbaric chambers, a crystal sound healing room and reformer pilates, and Horizon on level 109 crowns the tower with a 25 m lap pool and a sunrise yoga deck. The tower was 26.7% complete at the DLD inspection in September 2026, with handover scheduled for Q3 2028. 33 residences are on sale today, all with four or more bedrooms.

Six Senses Residences stands in Dubai Marina, the waterfront district of towers wrapped around a man-made canal, with the Marina Walk promenade, JBR beach and Sheikh Zayed Road all within a short distance. The developer's site plan places the tower at the north-eastern end of the Marina, close to Dubai Harbour and the Emirates Golf Club, where views open towards Palm Jumeirah and the Gulf. The developer quotes about 5 minutes by car to the Marina, Marina Mall, the Dubai Harbour beachfront and Emirates Golf Club, about 10 minutes to JBR The Beach, Bluewaters, Palm Jumeirah and Mall of the Emirates, about 20 minutes to Palm Jebel Ali and Expo City, and about 30 minutes to both Dubai International and Al Maktoum International airports. The Red Line metro and the Dubai Tram serve the district.
