Overview

Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti is a 341-metre residential hyper-tower in Downtown Dubai, delivered as Mercedes-Benz branded residences by Binghatti. The design brief comes straight from the carmaker's own philosophy, Sensual Purity: a sculpted, tapering silhouette with fluid lines, and a facade that works the three-pointed star into its pattern. Binghatti, the Dubai developer known for its signature architecture, builds and sells the tower under the Mercedes-Benz Places name.

The building rises 3 basements, ground, 5 podium levels and 65 floors, but holds only 150 residences. Slab-to-slab heights of 4.2 metres give every home a generous volume. Two-bedroom homes are styled as the Mercedes-Benz Pagoda Suite and three-bedroom homes as the Grand Mercedes Suite, with selected layouts opening onto a balcony with a private pool. At the top, a run of penthouses is named after landmark cars, from the Vision One-Eleven and 300 SL Gullwing penthouses to the Vision EQ Silver Arrow duplex and the Uhlenhaut Coupe triplex at the crown.

Interiors follow a calm, tonal palette: travertine and fluted travertine, walnut wood, Gaya marble, black granite, satin chrome, leather and parquet. Kitchens come equipped, and residences are offered furnished or unfurnished. Sustainability is part of the design rather than an add-on: photovoltaic panels set into the star constellation on the rear facade feed electric vehicle charging inside the tower, and the developer is aiming for LEED certification.

Residents have a sky infinity pool, a podium pool, a spa and a gym, with concierge, valet, housekeeping and food and beverage service in the building. The tower was 65.3% complete at the latest DLD inspection in April 2026, with handover scheduled for Q4 2026. 36 of the 150 residences are currently on sale: ten 2-bedroom homes, twenty-five 3-bedroom homes and a single 4-bedroom residence.
