Bayz 101 is Danube Properties' 101-floor residential tower in Business Bay, placed a short walk from Business Bay Metro and minutes from Downtown Dubai. Amenity programming is unusually deep for a single tower. Beyond the infinity pool, indoor gym, tennis court, business centre, salon and library, the launch brochure lists 40+ facilities across Level 1, Level 2 and the rooftop: kids and aquatic zones, cricket and basketball courts, golf simulator, bowling, outdoor cinema, sky observatory and meditation decks, plus party halls with skyline seating. Construction stood at about 10% at the August 2026 DLD inspection, with handover targeted for Q2 2029.
Buyers can choose among seven payment structures, including classic during-construction splits and three 30-month post-handover options (the headline plan is a 50/50 post-handover structure with 1% monthly instalments). Remaining stock on sale is concentrated in 2-bedroom homes, with a smaller run of 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. Studios and 4-bedroom homes form part of the 1,340-unit tower inventory but are not currently listed as available.
